Mentorship for
Occupational Therapists
Begins Here
Mentorship Grounded in Clinical Practice, Guided by Purpose
Pulse OT offers mentorship opportunities for occupational therapists seeking guidance in specialty practice development, clinical reasoning, wellness-focused rehabilitation, and professional growth within occupational therapy.
Led by Tina Dimopoulos, OTR/L, OTD, CHT, mentorship sessions are designed to support occupational therapists at various stages of their professional journey — from OT students and new graduates seeking direction and confidence, to experienced clinicians exploring transition into a niche or specialty area of practice.
Tina brings over 10 years of experience as an occupational therapist with advanced training in neuro-rehabilitation, certified hand therapy, and wellness-focused rehabilitation approaches. She is the founder of Pulse OT, a concierge occupational therapy practice specializing in chronic musculoskeletal and upper extremity conditions through a whole-body, wellness-oriented lens.
In addition to clinical practice, Tina has served as an adjunct professor for over 30 graduate-level occupational therapy courses for both master’s and doctoral students. She has also served as a capstone mentor, clinical instructor, doctoral committee member, and contributor to curriculum committees within occupational therapy doctoral programs. In addition, Tina serves as an Item Writer Expert for the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC).
Her background as a clinician, educator, and mentor allows her to provide individualized guidance focused on thoughtful clinical development, professional identity, and sustainable specialty practice growth within occupational therapy.
